A large haunted house near O'Hare with two 2026 attractions: Black Hollow Institute, a medical facility overrun by escaped test subjects, and Woman in White, a manor tied to dark family rituals. Pricing changes by night.
13th Floor is a big indoor haunted house in Schiller Park, right by O'Hare, run by the same company behind 13th Floor haunts in other cities. The 2026 season has two attractions: Black Hollow Institute, a medical facility overrun by escaped test subjects, and Woman in White, a manor tied to dark family rituals. Expect the walk-through to take 30 to 45 minutes. Extras include a Respawn Pass for a second run, five-minute mini escape games, and a 21+ Secret Bar combo with themed cocktails. Ticket prices change by night, and Fast Pass, Skip the Line and Platinum upgrades cut the wait. There's no minimum age, but the haunt says it may be too intense for kids 12 and under. Practical tip: arrive 15 to 30 minutes early for parking and security. Free street parking is on Winona Ave and Ainslie St, a third-party lot charges $10, and valet at One Spot O'Hare Parking (9500 River St) is $20. Don't park at neighboring businesses or you may get towed. Only small bags (up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches) are allowed, and the line is partly outdoors, so dress for the weather.
Select nights Sept 12 - Nov 8, 2026; hours vary by date (see ticketing calendar). Attractions: Black Hollow Institute and Woman in White. Add-ons: Respawn Pass, Mini Escape Games, 21+ Secret Bar combo.
