A neighborhood Fall-4-All night at Back of the Yards College Prep, hosted by Increase the Peace as part of the City's Chicago Fall Fest 2026. City-listed Fall-4-All events feature free food, giveaways, activities, resources and a DJ.
Back of the Yards gets its own Fall-4-All night on Thursday, October 29, at BOTY College Prep on West 47th Street. It's hosted by Increase the Peace as part of Chicago Fall Fest 2026, the Mayor's citywide push, running October 16 through November 2, to give young people and families a safe and fun fall season close to home. The City describes Fall-4-All nights as free neighborhood gatherings with food, giveaways, activities, a DJ, and tables where you can connect with local resources. It runs from 5 to 7 PM, right after school and work, so it's an easy stop on a weeknight before Halloween weekend. Costumes aren't required, but it's a good excuse to wear one. Expect a neighborhood crowd of kids, parents and neighbors rather than a big ticketed festival. No registration is listed. The City's site has the full Fall Fest lineup if you want to plan more stops, and questions can go to MyCHIMyFuture@cityofchicago.org.
Part of Chicago Fall Fest 2026 (Oct 16 - Nov 2). This event: Thu Oct 29, 5-7 PM.
