Bengtson's is a family farm park in Homer Glen that turns into a full fall festival from early September into the second weekend of November. One admission covers the farm's rides, which number more than a dozen, plus walk-through attractions, four playgrounds, a petting zoo, a giant corn box, hayrides, a haunted barn and plenty of photo spots. Pig races and live music fill out the day, and food vendors sell kettle corn, snacks, sweets and drinks, including drinks for adults. It works best for families with young kids, but anyone 16 and up can go on their own, and kids 1 and under get in free. Prices change by day, so a Monday through Thursday visit is the cheapest, and October weekends cost the most. A few practical notes from the farm: it's cashless, so bring a card or Apple Pay. Buying at the gate skips the online processing fee, while online tickets can be moved to another date for free up to 24 hours ahead. The paths are paved, so a stroller or wagon helps. Parking is free.
Open daily Sept 4 – Nov 8. Mon–Fri 11 AM–8:30 PM; Sat–Sun 10 AM–8:30 PM; Columbus Day (Oct 12) 10 AM–8:30 PM.
Details checked against the official organizer on Oct 5, 2026. Times and prices can change, so confirm with the organizer before you go.
