LeClaire-Hearst Park in Garfield Ridge hosts a free Halloween Bash on Friday, October 30, from noon to 3 PM. Kids are invited to come in their favorite costume for games, arts and crafts, a piñata, music and a dance party. It's listed for youth and is part of the Park District's Halloween in the Parks.
