A kids' Halloween party at West Lawn Park with tricks and treats, games and costume contests.
West Lawn Park hosts a free kids' Halloween party on Friday, October 30, from 4 to 6 PM. Expect tricks and treats, games and costume contests, so come dressed up. It's listed for youth and is part of the Park District's Halloween in the Parks. No registration is listed.
